"SPT" Stone Type Shot Blasting Machine is designed for effective surface cleaning and texturing of natural and engineered stone slabs and tiles. The machine uses high-velocity steel shots projected through blast wheels to remove surface impurities, open pores, and create uniform rough or textured finishes. It ensures consistent quality, improved surface adhesion, and enhanced aesthetic appearance for stone products.

Rubber Belt conveyor shot blasting machine is best suitable for the blasting of Granites , slabs, Pavers etc. in stone industry. 
 

There are 8 Models of hanger type shot blasting machine available for selection. The selection of model is done based on size of the components. This is the most economical version of hanger type shot blasting machine in which hanger is hinged to door. On this hanger, the jobs are placed. The hanger rotates in blasting zone, resulting into complete exposure of teh jobs placed on the hanger. 
The machine is equipped with 2 blast wheel stations to cover teh complete component height and diameter of hanger.

SPT Tumblast type shot blasting machine is best suitable for small casted & forged parts.
The endless type perforated rubber conveyor is provided. The gentle tumbling action of this rubber conveyor exposes all the surface of the components to the blast stream. The abrasion resistant grade of rubber having thickness 14 mm is used in construction of the conveyor belt. The tensioning arrangement of this conveyor belt is provided. The conveyor is driven by three number of roller through a chain drive system located outside the cabinet. The spent abrasive falls through perforation of the conveyor into the hopper of the cabinet which is guided to the boot of elevator for re-circulation purpose.

SPT- Table Type Shot Blasting/peening machine recommended for medium to heavy jobs. The jobs are kept on table which is rotating type. Different sizes of models are available for various sizes of jobs. Normally standard sizes are 750mm , 900mm , 1200mm dia. 1800mm dia & 2800mm dia. etc. 
Customised machine for very heavy job can also be designed.
